Apartments

Our holiday complex has 136 apartments in various sizes. All apartments are privately owned and are available to us for rent. This explains the individual equipment and furnishings.

We therefore ask you not to move the furniture and furnishings to other apartments.

Waste

The waste, glass, PET bottle and paper containers are in the garage and are marked with signs. Please help us with waste separation.

Garbage bags

A garbage bag is already ready for you in the apartment.
You can buy additional garbage bags at the reception or in the COOP.

PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY OTHER GARBAGE BAGS THAN THE MARKED ONES!

ATM is located at the Raiffeisenbank.

The Raiffeisenbank is located below the Täsch village church.

Barbecue

We ask you not to grill on the terrace or balcony.
The fireplace at Schalisee invites you to linger. Numerous larches provide shade and the turquoise-blue water of the lake is enchanting. The very refreshing, rather cold water comes from glaciers. Ideal in the hot season.

Check-out

Before checking out, please remove the bed linen and place it in the bathroom with the towels.

Train timetable

In winter, the train stops at our own train station at House A.
Timetables are available at reception.

Bicycles

You can store your bicycles in the ski rooms.

Fire alarm

In the event of a fire or fire hazard, inform reception immediately.
Do not use the elevator under any circumstances.

Fitness

The fitness room is in House D and is accessible with the apartment key from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Golf

In the alpine park landscape, guests and locals meet for a game of golf. The 9-hole course offers all the comforts, including a clubhouse, restaurant and a breathtaking view of the Breithorn (4,164 m) and the Klein Matterhorn (3,883 m) near Zermatt. Early bird, "Bring a Friend", night golf - the Matterhorn Golf Club always comes up with something new.

Indoor pool

You will find our own indoor pool in House D. This is accessible with your apartment key from
8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The water temperature is about 25 C°. WITHOUT SUPERVISION!
Parents are responsible for their children, please never leave your children unattended.

House entrances

All house entrances are automatically closed between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. The apartment key can be used to open them.

Parking space

Please park your car in the underground car park in the space marked Your apartment number.
One vehicle per apartment is included in the price. If you have arrived with several cars, we will allocate you an additional parking space at the reception for an additional charge.

You can receive our regional radio RRO (Radio Rottu Oberwallis) on FM 97.8 MHz.

Raclette grill and fondue caquelon

You can borrow these from the reception.

Smoking

All of our apartments are non-smoking apartments! We ask that you only smoke on the terraces or balconies. THANK YOU.

Reception

If you have any questions, comments or just want to have a quick chat, we are happy to help you every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
If the reception is not manned, you can reach us by phone. There is a telephone at the reception for direct dialing.

Roby – Dog

For our four-legged guests there is a Roby-Dog next to the parking lot at House H.

Sauna

In winter the sauna is freely accessible to all guests every day between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
In summer the sauna is turned on by request.
We are happy to accept your reservations at the reception.

Key

Our locking system is an electronic system. Your apartment keys are also programmed for all public doors. The apartment doors close automatically at 11 p.m. If you want to close your door earlier, you can hold the key outside a second time. If you lose it, we will have to charge you a fee of 100 CHF.

Ski equipment

Ski equipment can be rented and serviced in Zermatt.

Ski pass

You can buy the ski pass at the train station in Täsch.

Ski room

At the entrance to each house there is a heated ski room, which can only be opened with the apartment key.

Solarium

The solarium is located in building D and is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. 10 minutes costs 5.00 CHF

Playground

Our little guests can let off steam on the slide, the swing and in the sandpit in houses A – D.

Tennis

We are happy to accept court reservations at reception.
Tennis rackets and balls can be borrowed from reception for a deposit of 20.00 CHF.

Table tennis

The table tennis tables are in the basement of house H and outside house D.
Table tennis rackets and balls can be borrowed from reception for a deposit of 20.00 CHF.

Tourist office

The tourist office is on the left side of the street opposite the Täsch train station.

Laundry rooms

The laundry rooms are located in the basement of every house. They are accessible with the apartment key.

Water skiing

The Schalisee is the largest lake in the Nikolaital. The first water ski lift in Upper Valais is being built here in collaboration with the municipalities of Täsch and Zermatt.

The Schalisee is located in the flat valley floor in the municipal area of ​​Täsch. It lies at 1,428 m, surrounded by larches and open grass areas. The ideal place for families to stay.

The water ski lift (Rixen Little Bro 2.0) is 109 m long. Sustainability plays an important role in the project. The electrically operated lift is quiet and environmentally friendly and will be completely dismantled in the autumn. Water skis, wakeboards and floating aids are available. We work with the following suppliers: Ronix Wakeboards, Blast Combo water skis, Rip Curl Wetsuits and Pro Tec helmets.
